To experience the real scenarios of managing events and to make the students bona fide part of the event industry, live event observations are made a mandatory part of the curriculum. The students observe various intricacies in events and how they are managed on ground by event managers. Students understand how important the planning stage is as they observe the smooth delivery and execution of event on ground.

Presentation skills require presenting and effectively explaining a particular subject mater to the audience with confidence and excellent communication skills. At RCCM special sessions are conducted to enable students communicate clearly and confidently, use body language properly and present effectively. Students are evaluated and trained ll they learn the art of presentation.
6. Personality Development & Grooming

The course starts off with so skills training which specifically target student’s communication skills, people skills, personality development and grooming. We help our students develop these skills and etiquette which will enhance their personal productivity and provide them with a competitive advantage in the global marketplace
7. Computer Skills
“In a world that’s increasingly run on technology, computer science is a liberal art that every student should be exposed to regardless of their path in life”
We cannot imagine our lives without mobile phones and so business cannot without computers. Basic computer skills with expertise in Microsoft Word, Excel, Power point is a foundation to start your career in any filed and event industry is no different.
Students will be trained in basic computing skills along with word, excel and power point in the beginning of the course. Every student is required to carry their personal laptop to the college
8. Campus Recruitment Training
“In recruiting, there are no good or bad experiences, just learning experiences”
Our curriculum will train students to be best of event managers but to start off, they have to clear one last test i.e., Interview. The transition from student’s life to professional’s life will require some training and guidance.
RCCM has a CRT program which will help the students in this transition and include draining resume, mock interviews, confidence building and much more.
9. Placements

Placement is the last stage of any educational program. However, at Rachnoutsav, the preparation for placement is done right when the student joins us.
