Rachnoutsav contributed to spreading bliss, hope, and elation through an event organized in collaboration with Tara Home. for a heartwarming event, “Safari Tales,” at Hyd. Organized by the students of Rachnoutsav, pursuing BA Honors in Event Planning & Management, as part of their final year project, the event aimed to spread joy and hope among underprivileged children.” with “as part of their final year project.
Themed around a jungle safari, the event featured fun games, bonding activities, face painting, and tattooing that filled the space with laughter. Personalized gift hampers were given to each child, making them feel valued and loved. A free eye check-up focusing on the children’s well-being and identifying any special needs. The event aimed to spread joy and hope among underprivileged children.
The event was beautifully executed, showcasing the students planning skills and creativity. It began with an inspiring speech by Mr. Sanjay Kankaria, Director of Rachnoutsav College of Event Management, encouraging students to lead with compassion.

Delicious food and snacks were served, leaving everyone with warm memories and fulfilled hearts.This event was part of the students’ final year practical in 2025, demonstrating their ability to plan and manage real-world events.
